Abstract

To ensure the sustainability of revolutionary action and the realization of its objectives, it is essential to establish a structured framework and mechanisms for support and oversight. Formulating a future-oriented strategy serves as the primary means to achieve this. This study evaluates the current and prospective status of the revolution by analyzing its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). It further develops a proposed strategic framework for the revolution's future trajectory. To achieve these objectives, the research employs descriptive-analytical and comparative methodologies to examine Yemeni conditions in the pre- and post-revolutionary periods. Findings indicate that the revolution has mitigated instability and foreign interference, successfully attaining its interim goals while progressing toward strategic objectives. Furthermore, the revolution has secured significant political, security, military, and economic milestones. The results also delineate the specific internal and external factors influencing the revolutionary process. The proposed strategy complements the "National Vision for Building the Modern Yemeni State 2030." Successful implementation, however, remains contingent upon political will, effective management.
