This research aims to analyze the impact of administrative development in its dimensions(human resources development, system and law development, simplification of work procedures) on enhancing organizational performance, through a field study at the 22 May Hospital in Sana'a Governorate, Yemen. The descriptive analytical method was used, and data was collected using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, distributed to a purposive stratified sample of hospital employees. Data was analyzed using SPSS, through descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis. The research concluded that all dimensions of administrative development have a significant positive impact on organizational performance, with the simplification of administrative procedures having the greatest effect among the independent variables.
