The study aimed at revealing the impact of Innovation in achieving the competitive advantage of the application for Yemeni contracting companies . The study followed the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data for a study of a sample of (208) An employee of administrative and engineering staff, and this sample represents the ratio (40.63%) from the original community (512) (Observation , and to answer questions and test hypotheses raised in the study , a variety of statistical methods have been employed using the (SPSS V.28) , and one of the most prominent findings of the study : Yemeni contracting companies exercise Innovation the level of "high" exercise at an average of an average (4.17). The competitive advantage in Yemeni contracting companies is "high" at an average of my account (4.15), and after the cost is at the first high rate of "very high" at an average (4.20), and after responding to customers to check " high " an average (4.17), and then after the flexibility of "high" at average (4.15) , while the quality and excellence ranked last and " high" and average (4.12) . There are statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) in the average assessment of the sample to the level of Innovation, and the degree of achievement of the competitive advantage in Yemeni contracting companies is attributable to the function of the function of the function of engineering staff. There are no statistically significant differences (0.05) in the average assessment of the sample personnel to the level of Innovation, and the degree of achievement of the competitive advantage in Yemeni contracting companies are attributable to the scientific qualification variable . Based on these findings, the researcher presented a set of practical recommendations to strengthen the capacity of Yemeni contracting companies to effectively exercise the Innovation in the long-term market competitiveness.
